Originating from Armagh, Ken obtained an Honours degree in Economics at Queens University before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and is also one of the firm’s registered auditors.
Ken quickly progressed to partner in Binder Hamlyn in 1985 and transferred to Enniskillen where he became a partner in the national firm Grant Thornton. Ken’s experience led to him establishing his own successful practice in 2002.
With a specialised knowledge of all aspects of general practice Ken deals with clients from the retail, farming, construction and health sectors in Northern Ireland and Scotland. He enjoys advising in all aspects of taxation and having dealt with a number of business disposals over the years he often prepares business and share valuations.
